A global systems integrator established an SAP™ software consolidation and implementation project and needed extra support to reach their go-live date. As part of a recent acquisition, our client required their new subsidiary to be transitioned onto the same system. When faced with limited internal bench strength they turned to Oxford to provide SAP resources.
We provided a team of senior consultants to serve as functional leads for SAP work streams. Each consultant brought more than 15 years of experience with the specific SAP modules.
In addition to providing senior-level guidance, we also placed several skilled consultants to ensure all aspects of the project were supported with the right talent.
The SAP implementation successfully went live and the acquisition was effectively transitioned to their new SAP platform. Due to the high level of expertise provided, all critical deadlines were met.
The partnership with our client has continued to develop – placing over 60 consultants to work on various objectives including consolidation, infrastructure, and security projects.
